How much does the program cost?

The cost of tuition is $6,000. GUTTS financing is available to prospective students through TruEnergy Credit Union, with loan payments as low as $150.00 per month.

What days are the classes & how long is the program?

Week 1 classes are on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Week 2 through Week 4 classes are Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The program takes 4 weeks to complete.

What certifications do I get from graduating the program?

Graduates receive the PHCC Certificate for Pre-Apprenticeship Program, the GUTTS Certificate accredited by DPOR (72 hours toward a journeyman license), and the EPA Section 608 Certification.

Does GUTTS help me find a job after completing the program?

Yes. GUTTS has found employment for 75% of graduates within the first 30 days of completing the program. GUTTS builds your resume, submits it to employer partners and job openings, schedules interviews, provides career path guidance, and performs mock interviews.

Step 1: Submit HVAC Program Interest Form.
Step 2: Once the form is submitted, we will call you to schedule a date & time for you to come into our office to take a basic Math & English pre-assessment.
Step 3: Once you take the pre-assessment, all you need to do is make a payment and then you are officially enrolled in the program.
In our comprehensive training program, you will learn essential skills and knowledge in various areas of HVAC such as
- HVACR Safety and Code Training including PPE, Hazardous Material Handling, & OSHA regulation
- Installation, Maintenance, & Repair of HVACR Systems
- Mathematics Applied to HVACR
- Refrigeration cycles, compressors, evaporators, condensers, metering devices, and system controls.
- Modern refrigerants, proper handling procedures, and lubrication systems.
- Hands-on training with the tools, materials, and diagnostic techniques used daily by professional HVACR technicians.
- Communication & Soft Skills Development
Upon graduating from our program, you will receive two valuable certifications:
1.) PHCC Certificate for Pre-Apprenticeship Program, which demonstrates your foundational skills and knowledge in the trade.

Yes, lunch breaks are taken for 30 minutes anywhere between 11:00am & 12:30pm.
